Back from the dead.. with something extra

Its the end of another semester for my students. And some have actually discovered my secret thinking spot.

Well.. I have to say.. they really know how to DIG for information.

Anyway, as mentioned in above title.. I'm back from the dead! With a few more circles around my eyes.. a couple of degrees up in my myopia and a brand spanking new look for my website.. http://www.undermybudget.com/

Like the car crazy ah beng that "zengs" his Subaru WRX to attract more babes.. I've "zenged" my website to include membership for shoppers, ability to post raves, discussions and comments on products and shops alike. Find the latest sales and promotions being offered by SHOPS and post style shots of your creative self wearing / using things you bought! And hopefully.. I can also attract more BABES (dudes as well of cos) to join me in my site.

Its now become a place you can hang and search for all things shopping related and fulfill your potential to become a TRENDSETTER

Shopping for Taiwan clothes and accessories online.. GORGEOUS!

I use to love going to the online shops in the taiwan auctions site.

They've always got super cute and value for money accessories from KOREA and JAPAN there...

But the downside is everything's always written in CHINESE words and payment and purchasing is a little troublesome.. some of them don't actually use paypal accounts or communicate in English.

Well, luckily we've got a blogshop owner here who brings in products from some of the more popular online shops and I think she bundles the purchases together so you can save on shipping! Plus she takes care of all other nitty gritty admin stuff for us. So nice right?

The Red Jewel's showcasing and selling a bracelet with tones and shades of blue, aquamarine and cream. They say its their PROUDEST creation so far. If you ask me, I think its the way to go when it comes to BLING BLING.. Apparently it has a pink sister too.

Anyway, this kinda colour looks more suited for people who are fair-skinned in nature. Tanned ppl should wear more yellows.

Introducing my new undermybudget BABY!

So happy...

After slogging for a week, my new idea is finally born.. A website to call my own.. AWWWW!

Built using MySQL and PHP, throwing in a dash of mootools and javascript, Undermybudget.com was finished in exactly a week. For the specially cool and amazing effects that make my images move around, I give my thanks to http://www.ajaxrain.com/

Idea behind it, an online shopping guide to help people search for products by budget, by category or by their favourite shop! Key points here are organization, simplicity and of course shopping!

I like shopping.. but I realise that everytime I set a budget for the month, I always overspend.. ALWAYS. Which results in me looking at my bank statement at the end of every month very sadly.

So maybe, if I only look at stuff thats below the budget I set, I'm more likely to keep my spending levels at acceptable points. Right?
